4. Coffee Training Station

At Coffee Training Station, visitors could have brewing and cupping challenge as well as lectures from professional baristas. Each lesson lasted 2 hours and the level ranged from elementary to advanced so every visitors could actually involve in and deepen their knowledge on coffee. By handling various expert coffee tools themselves, visitors could get 'a joy of being professional' as well!

5. WCE All-Stars Ho Chi Minh City 2016

Champions and finalists from World Barista Championship(WBC) presented the featured programs on WCE All-Stars stage, such as signature coffee challenges, pop quiz, beverage demonstration, mentoring, autograph and photo time and more. Visitors were also able to enjoy a cup of coffee from these best baristas!

6. Vietnam National Barista Championship (VNBC 2016)

The first WCE-sanctioned barista competition in Vietnam, co-located with Cafe Show Vietnam! The champion of VNBC flied to Dublin, Ireland, June 2016 to aim for the World Championship as a Vietnam representative. The Preliminary Round took place at 2F Conference Room of SECC from 9-10 May, 2016. And the First & Final round were held at G23 from 12-14 May.
