CABANA ACCESS: All guests must have a Fun Pass Wristband to enter the Water Park. Children under 24 months of age are admitted free to the Water Park when accompanied by an adult with proper admission. Cabana guests will receive a VIP Cabana Wristband at the time of their check-in. Guests must wear their VIP Cabana Wristband for the entirety of their rental.CABANA CAPACITY: Each Cabana will accommodate a maximum of 6 guests (children and adults) plus up to an additional 2 hand-held infants (if needed). Hand-held infants must be under 24 months of age. CABANA FURNISHINGS: Each Cabana is equipped with (2) Chaise Lounge Chairs, (4) Standard Height Chairs, (1) Beverage Table, and (1) Refrigerator.* Removing furniture from the Cabana is prohibited. Additional Water Park furniture may not be brought into the Cabana Area. Encroaching on other Cabanas or Walkways will not be permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage to the Cabana, furniture, and refrigerator and for their return in the same condition as received. *Waterworks Cabanas exclude Refrigerator and Electric (Includes Cooler and Ice).CHANGING/DRESSING FACILITIES: Changing clothes/dressing/undressing will not be permitted within the Cabana. Guests must use the Changing Facilities provided at the entrance of the Water Park. Additionally, diaper changing must be completed in a Restroom Facility per PA Department of Health Regulations. FOOD, BEVERAGES, ALCOHOL, & PICNICKING: Park Food and Beverages are permitted within the enclosed Water Park Area. The enclosed Water Park Area is defined as the area inside the Water Park’s two gated checkpoints. Coolers (soft- or hard-sided) no larger than 10x10x12 are permitted within the enclosed Water Park Area. Coolers may be used only for single-serve snack items, one non-glass beverage container no larger than 32oz (non-alcoholic) or for the purpose of non-glass storage of baby formula, baby food, medical, and dietary items. Food from outside establishments, other than single-serve snack items, are not permitted in the Water Park. Picnic Tables are conveniently located outside of the Water Park adjacent to the parking lot for those wishing to bring large coolers and/or picnic lunches. Please store the items in your car when not in use. Alcohol, smoking/vaping, glass containers, grills, and open flames are not allowed in the Water Park Picnic Area.REFUNDS: Cabana Rentals are non-refundable.RENTAL HOURS: Cabana Rentals hours are daily from Water Park opening through closing time. All guests must vacate their Cabana by the Water Park closing time. Personal items may not be stored in the Cabana after the Water Park closes. Guests are encouraged to rent a locker to store personal items. DelGrosso’s Amusement Park Inc. and Laguna Splash Limited are not responsible for lost or stolen items. SEVERE WEATHER: In the event of severe weather, guests in the Water Park may be required to evacuate. Because Cabanas are not a safe or secure shelter, Cabana guests must vacate their Cabana in the event of severe weather.SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking/Vaping is permitted in designated Smoking Areas only. Choosing to smoke/vape in the Cabana will forfeit Rental without refund.TRANSFERS: In the event that the Water Park does not open or closes prior to 3pm due to inclement weather, you will be able to transfer your Cabana Rental to a different date within the current Operating Season (subject to availability) by calling the Park Office at (814) 684-3538 ext. 0 or visiting Guest Services (Water Side).
