The robust structure of the database eliminates majority of redundant data entry in case details (mainly for Judges, Attorney and City/County/State under Addresses).

Provides a set of pre-defined informative reports that provides management supporting information on the cases handled by the law firm.

A comprehensive set of Document Templates and Document Generation tools which allows generating various official documents for individual cases.

Integration of a central storage location for storing all the external documents as well as the generated documents. It also allows for managing all the related documents for a case at a central location. Any user who is authorized to access the case information can also access these documents from the client application.

The system 3-tier deployment architecture provides a robust, secured and easily accessible system to user.

The database server provides the central storage facility for all the data related to the system.

The secured Web Services are installed and run on Web Server (this machine is also used as a central file storage server for all the case documents that gets attached with the case record or generated using the application).

The client application is installed on individual client workstations or laptops will provide the user interface to the user to use the system.

The client application accesses the database server through the secured web service for all the data population, updating existing data and retrieval of the required records/information.

The Web server/file storage server is only used to run web services and store the associated

files (scanned pages) related to a case

The client application provides an easy to user and self informative user interface for the ease of access for the application user.

The application can only be used by an authorized user. An Individual needs to get her/his login credentials authorized by the CaSE – System.

The CaSE – System user having administrative right can create login accounts for authorized users, activate/deactivate a user account and can provide administrative rights to any user.

Each module of the application provides a strong and robust search tool for the user to filter records.

The application provides an auto fill feature of selected data in various modules of the application. Thus, eliminating the painful work of entering the redundant data over and over again.

Selecting the judge name in the Case details automatically fills the remaining data associated with the judge.

The application also includes a set of pre-defined informative reports that provides management supporting information on the cases handled by the law firm. These reports provide a set of report filters for the user’s to filter the report data.

The application also provides the functionality to generate various textual documents related to the case through a set of templates available with the application. The documents thus generated not only get saved on the local machine but also on the central storage server for future tracking.

The Document Templates are also categorically listed for the ease of indexing for the user.

The Documents thus generated are created with the generation timestamp attached to the name of the document and a database entry is also maintained to keep a track for future.

The application provides a robust functionality to attach various cases related documents/files and save them on a secured central storage server (Currently the web server works as a central document repository). User can also download any of the attached case documents/file from the server for viewing at any point of time.
