INTRODUCTION

Based in Dallas TX, Communications Cost Containment, Inc. (C3) is a national Telecom Expense Management (TEM) firm. Since its inception in 2007, C3 has recovered and saved millions of dollars for our customer base by providing independent, contingency-based telecom expense management for enterprise businesses whose monthly telecom billing expenses exceed $20,000.

MARKET CONDITIONS

Statistics show that 95% of enterprises are wasting money for their telecommunications without even being aware of it. Most IT professionals are focused on keeping networks and other business systems up and running. Tracking and auditing telecom contracts and billing is a tedious and time-consuming task—one that most IT departments usually do not have the time or expertise to manage, costing companies hundreds of thousands of dollars a year—or even more in some cases.

Much of the current carrier mismanagement and ensuing billing issues are a result of large acquisitions of other carriers, the interconnection of the various AT&T Bell Operating Systems (SBC, BellSouth, Pac Bell, etc.). The constant movement of quality account representatives and sales management personnel leaves the majority of our clients with the responsibility of identifying their own billing issues, negotiating their own contracts without benchmark help, and cleaning up their own abundant billing errors.

We do not add any services without advanced approval or attempt to compel businesses to switch providers or carriers. In fact, we prefer not to “switch” anything. Our goal is to ensure that the money you pay to your telecom providers is only for services that your company needs, while also recovering any refunds that providers may owe you. If we do not save money and recover costs for our clients, they pay nothing.
