REDESIGN

Started in January 2017, the redesign project has been focusing on the improvement

of the 5000 sqm park, a new waterfront and the pools’ surroudings. The new Terrazza

Marine becomes the perfect location to enjoy the view and set any event, thanks to

the lounge area. Renovation also concerned Teatro del Sole conference room,

dining area and part of the rooms, the full restyling of hall and entrance, while

Fitness and Wellness areas have a brand new conception.

Saracen Sands Hotel focuses on quality Sicilian and Mediterranean dining.

Zisa and Maredolce halls host the wide food proposal and delicacies made by our

Executive Chef Giuseppe Guddo in the brand showcooking stations. Summer opening

times: Lunch from h. 12.35pm to 2.00pm - Dinner from h. 7.45pm to 9.30pm.

Meals are buffet served with tap beverage included (tap water and local wine).

Reserved seat (in 6/10 table) in air-conditioned halls are available for the whole stay

with other guests. During weekly summer stays, the staff will organize themed wine &

food events.   

Moms will be able to make babies’ food in the Mom’s Kitchen. This area, available

24/7, is equipped to prepare lunch and dinner for babies from 0 to 36 months with

induction cookers, microwave, blender, baby bottle warmers, fridge, dining sets and

baby food.

“Al Saraceno" pizzeria and restaurant is the pride of Saracen Hotel, located on the

beautiful terrace with a picturesque view of the blue sea and the red sunset. From

May to September the restaurant is available every night, except on Mondays, from

7.30pm.

Saracen has 4 swimming pools. The 22 mt "Relax Pool” is perfect for relaxing swimsand a lovely moments; in this area you will also find an outdoor Jacuzzi. The"Belvedere Pool" has  a stunning seafront location, overlooking the islet of Isola delleFemmine and surrounded by our lush Mediterranean garden. The Relax Pool Bar, few steps from the sport courts and Relaxing Pool, has the

following opening hours: from h. 10.00 am to 12:00 am. 

The Beach Bar opening hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Lounge Bar on Terrazza Marine is available in the summertime, every night with piano

All Inclusive formula is available for the whole stay and for all the guests’ room.

The formula, valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights in full board from May to October,

iincludes personal drinks from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm at the Bar and Bar Restaurant as

following:

Bar: espresso, decaffeinated, barley coffee, espresso with a spot of milk, even soy

milk, American coffee, ginseng coffee; cappuccino; tea and infusions; non-alcoholic

draft drinks in 20 cl glass chosen from those proposed by the hotel; 20 cl beer in a

glass; granite; white and red wine by the glass; flûte of prosecco, a choice of 2 bitters,

liquors, aperitifs, vermouth (white and red), limoncello and a choice of 2 grappe.

Cocktails, champagne and all the special liquors of the menu are excluded

people. “Teatro del Sole”, formerly Music Hall, and  “Politeama/Bellini/Biondo” –

the modular rooms - have been totally redesigned.

The halls - particularly versatile for capacity and size –can host several kinds of

congresses, business meetings or coworking events with coffee breaks, light

lunches, business lunches and corporate gala dinners.

Thanks to our delicious catering and the renewed indoor and outdoor spaces, it is
