BLUE SCREENWhat is the problem? The Blue Screen Error (Windows stop message) occurs when

Windows detects a problem or error from which it cannot recover. The operating system halts and diagnostic information is displayed on a blue screen. In newer versions of the operating system, the contents of the PC's memory are dumped to a file for later analysis.

All Windows XP stop errors are numbered according to the circumstances that caused the error, which assists enormously in troubleshooting them.

How to fix the problem? To fix or recover from the blue screen of death, you can reboot your

computer after it shuts down. Once it has booted up you can find the problem by typing in the error message into Google. Alternatively you can use event view which records the problem in the system log.

However, Sometimes after the blue screen you may not be able to boot up your computer, therefore you will have to look the error up on another computer before deciding what action to take.

COMPUTER FREEZESComputer freezing is the most annoying and common experience you

will

face or have faced at some point.

What's the problem? Computer freezing occurs for many reasons. Too many applications

are running at the same time, Viruses, Spy ware, faulty or incorrect drivers. Theses are the common reasons for computer crashes.

How to fix the problem? To recover from a freezing computer or application, simply press

“Ctrl Alt Del”. This will bring up the task manager. Then select the programs that are not responding and click “End Task”.

If the computer keeps freezing it must have a virus. It is recommended that you run a virus scan and the virus software will delete it. Try that first. If the problem keeps appearing I would recommend that you reformat your computer. This will return your computer to the factory condition.
