Steeped in history, designed for the future.Welcome to the Rincon Center Annex, a completely redeveloped retail destination located in one of San Francisco’s most active and attractive markets.

Similar to the legendary Ferry Building Marketplace food hall—also owned and managed by Hudson Pacific Properties—Rincon Center Annex will be a culinary gathering place within a revamped historic space, but with a completely modern focus. Ultimately, the Rincon Center Annex will be known for its lively mix of chef-led, dine-in restaurants and grab-and-go options offering a variety of cuisines and experiences.

Originally designed by Gilbert S. Underwood, the original post office is now an art deco National Landmark with WPA-era art panels by Anton Refregier that showcase San Francisco’s unique history. Since that time, the beauty of the post office and surrounding retail was buried under decades of “improvements” intended to service Rincon Center’s office tenants.

We’re reimagining the Rincon Center Annex from inside and out, for a vibrant, new experience appealing to office workers, locals, commuters, tourists and foodies alike.

Project Features • 40,000 SF of Redeveloped Retail

• Availabilities from 300 SF up to 9,150 SF Retail and/or F&B both inside the atrium and outside in the open-air courtyard

• Steps from The Ferry Building, Boulevard, Angler, Perry’s, Ozumo, The Embarcadero

• Home to Yank Sing, a Michelin Star icon and one of San Francisco Chronicle’s top 100 Restaurants

Rincon Center Annex sits at the heart of Rincon Center, two Class A office towers offering ±487,000 SF to some of the city’s most prominent companies, including Salesforce and Google. Rincon Center itself is situated in one of San Francisco’s densest and most visited markets, whose A+ transit options lend incredible accessibility to residents throughout the Bay Area.
