Salon Etiquette Salon ArrivalArriving late may make it necessary to limitthe time for your service so the next clientis not delayed. Please arrive 10 minutesbefore your scheduled time to check in atreception and prepare to enjoy yourservice.

DepositWe may request a 25% deposit forservices requiring longer booking timeswhen making your appointment.

Lost PropertyThe Graduate Academy does not takeresponsibility for client’s personalbelongings. Any personal belongings left inthe salon are done so at the owners risk.

Cancellation policyThe services you select are reservedespecially for you. Clients will be charged a50% cancellation fee for appointmentscancelled less than 24 hours from thescheduled appointment time.
