As I said earlier, all have little free time on their hands. Basically, learning in nuggets that supplement primary, formal training. The learners are typically in control of what and when they are learning. Micro learning delivers the content in the most efficient and effective possible manner. It is mandatory that you create a blueprint of the course that helps you to define the learning path. Well, note that ML is not a traditional class room training at all. Micro learning must be designed to be : Rich Media - ML include rich media formats that lead to better retention of knowledge. A lot of information in short time. Visuals process faster in the brain than text Creates a collaborative environment benefitting the organization and its employees

Q & A

Some things to be aware of… Just as everything that glitters is not gold, everything small is not MicroLearning. It does not mean ML is taking over the complete Product Documentation. There are few industries where the product documentation is still required and we continue to use CMS. It does not mean that sales person can have bits of information on the product. It helps him only during few minor updates and quick feature releases. He should need a complete formal training on the product only then ML will work. The process is not that different as e-Learning. You do the same things like: Analyze, Determine, Formulate, Create Storyboard, and develop the course in the desired format Thanks all for your time. I would like to say “To learn you have to listen, which you have done now. To Improve, you have to try… I assume you will give a try
