The third campaign focuses on the signature curved and con-trasting architecture by Oscar Niemeyer, who beyond the idea of setting can enhance the promise of our brand: simple, func-tional design. WARMI et Very French Gangsters s’associent et profitent de leur synergie pour développer des cordons de lunettes fait-main, une gamme chic, ludique et graphique.
Combinant leurs forces et leurs savoir-faire, les deux marques ont mis au point un produit original qui revisite la technique de tissage des scoubidous.
Cette collaboration signe une ligne de cinq cordons esthétiques et fonctionnels, qui se décline également en taille adulte.
L’initiative WARMI x Very French Gangsters incarne des valeurs communes : authenticité et responsabilité au service d’un produit unique.
Warmi and Very French Gangsters have teamed up to merge their creative energies with a collection of hand-made sunglass cords and sunglasses. A chic line, very playful and
graphic. Combining forces and know-how, the two brands have developed a one-of-a-kind product that revisits the technique of lanyard weaving.
This collaboration consists of a line of five different cords, both aesthetically pleasing and functional, that will also be created in adult sizes. The initiative between WARMI and Very French Gangsters began with their shared values: authenticity and dedication to creating
a unique product.

Sylvia Toth est une franco-colom-bienne cosmopolite, férue d’art et de cultures populaires qui se nourrit de nombreuses influences. Designer industriel de formation, entrepreneur, passionnée de mode et de lifestyle, adepte du design global, Sylvia a voulu revisiter son pays natal à travers un projet qui lie artisanat et design.
Chaque saison la créatrice explore un courant populaire ou une expression artistique, pour donner vie à ses collections, créant un décor graphique, épuré et un brin arty, qui se décline aussi en une capsule cuir fabriquée elle aussi à la main en Colombie.
Sylvia Toth is a cosmopolitan French-Colombian, smitten with art and popular culture, who draws upon several areas of influence. An industrial designer in the making, an entrepreneur, passionate about fashion and lifestyle, and skilled in global design, Sylvia wanted to revi-sit her birthplace through a project that links craftsmanship and design.
Each season, Sylvia delves into a popular trend or form of artistic expression, in order to give life to her collections. Twentieth century painting, medieval bestiaries, or carnival masks make their appea-rance on dresses, jumpers, shorts and other knitted clothes. These collections create a graphic setting, both uncluttered and a bit arty, that also filters down to a capsule collec-tion of leather items, handmade in Colombia aswell.
VFG : Quelques mots sur ton parcours ?ST : Je suis née à Bogota où j’ai fait une école de design industriel. Je suis venue en France pour faire un Master en management de Mode et j’y suis restée. Après 5 ans comme consultante en stratégie de marque et produit, j’ai voulu revenir à mes origines et à la création pure. C’est ainsi que Warmi est née.I was born in Bogota where I graduated as an Industrial Designer. Later on I came to France to follow a Master’s degree in Management for Fashion and I stayed here. After 5 years as brand strategy and product consultant, I felt the desire to return to my origins and to pure creation. This is the way WARMI was born.
VFG : La double nationalité de Warmi en fait-elle une marque hybride ?ST : Je dirais plutôt métisse, une marque teintée de deux couleurs, de deux histoires, de deux points de vueI’ll rather say half-blood, a brand tinged with two colors, with two stories, with two points of view
VFG : Le nom Warmi a t’il une signification particu-lière ?ST : Oui, WARMI veut dire femme en Quechua.Yes, WARMI means woman in Quechua
VFG : Qu’est ce qui fait de Warmi une marque respon-sable ?ST : Avec WARMI nous essayons de redonner au vête-
ment sa vraie valeur. A l’époque de la fast-fashion nous voulons raconter au consommateur l’histoire derrière la pièce qu’il achète, la personne qui l’a fabriqué, le temps qu’elle lui a consacré, la technique utilisée. Puis le travail est réalisé par des femmes artisanes en milieu rural dans une recherche de transmission et sauvegarde des savoir-faire.With WARMI we try to restore in the garment its real value. In times of fast-fashion, we want to tell the costumer the story behind the piece she is buying; the person who made it, the time spent, the technique. The work is also done by craftswomen in rural areas in a search for transmission and protection of knowledge.
