• Dear Mom,I’m doing fine, our division is quickly becoming known

for our ability to take a secure beaches, we have occupied both Guam and Iwo Jima. The battles have been long and hard but we know it is for the good of the nation. I look forward to coming home, I’m am epically missing your cooking right now, all we’ve had to eat the past couple days is rice, our rations are coming thoughTell everyone I love them.

Sincerely Doug
