Queenstown is in the south-west of New Zealand’s South Island. I went there last year with friends and family during the holidays. We also visited 2 nearby towns called Arrowtown and Wanaka. Queenstown is the adventure city of NZ because of all the fun things you can do. I went on a jet boat, it was so fast and so exciting. I also went on a steam cruise to see all the beautiful views. That day was Christmas so we did lots of shopping. Queenstown has lots of beautiful views and is a filming place for lots of movies including Lord Of The Rings.
