For example: There is a small new kid Slide 4 Glossary A glossary is at the end of a book and tells you the meaning of a word. For example: The Statue of Liberty: a monument in New York City Slide 5 Table Of Contents A table of contents shows you the titles of chapters and the page number they start on. For example : Cats pg 12 Dogs pg 20 Slide 6 Colored Font Colored words are words that the author wants you to notice. For Example: My best friend Stephanie is pretty. Slide 7 Bold Words A bold word is a word that some people might not know. It also is a word that the author wants you to notice. Example : The boy is starving.
