• In meats and dairy• Can protect from cancer• Make up your cell Membrane

• Used to build muscle • Used to fix red blood cells • 3 Kinds:
– Whey (quickly digested)– Casein (slowly digested,)– Egg (absorbed easily)

• Helps move waste through intestines • Reduces “bad” cholesterol• 2 Kinds:
