Intermediate Librarian
The goal of the Central School District Library Media Program is to ensure that students become lifelong learners who are effective users of ideas and information.
The idea is that these students will grow up to be globally minded, without having to be global travelers.
Library Media Program Goal Statement
Each curriculum is designed around a guiding question, which must be answered using several different medias.
New York State Learning Standards must be included in that guiding process.
Standard 1: Language for Information and UnderstandingStandard 2: Language for Literary Response and Expression Standard 3: Language for Critical Analysis and Evaluation

Grades: 3-6 Student Population: 600 Collection Size: apx.13,000 titles
