Governor Mike Rounds is the governor of the state South Dakota.

The state capital is Pierre (named after Pierre Chouteau who founded St Louis, Missouri) as you can barley see, the dot is the capital.

Cattle farming is the major industry. South Dakota also has gold mining. Other industry includes food products, machinery and wood products.
