2.1 Visitor Carrier Bags Turn the visitors into walking adverts for your company!

Distributed from all registration desks around the show, the bags that are handed out to every visitor can also contain an insert of your corporate literature. Your logo and company name will feature prominently on the bag along with the show logo.

2.2 Visitor Bag Inserts You also have the option to insert any

2.3 Exhibition Lanyards Avail of the exclusive rights to have your logo printed on the official show lanyards*.

2.8 Visitor Registration Forms Create an impression right from the start by sponsoring the visitor registration

forms. Every visitor is required to complete the form prior to entering the exhibition hall. The sponsoring company’s logo and stand number will feature prominently at the top right hand corner of each page.


2.9 Route Planner The route planner is distributed free of charge to all visitors at each entrance point

and information desks. The Route planner sponsorship offers the most direct access to the visitors by clearly highlighting your stand on the entire exhibition floor plan.

Area Branding and Signage

3.1 Hanging Banners Hanging banners can be placed inside the exhibition hall for

extra exposure at the show. Size of the banner can be 3m x 1m per banner. A powerful source of branding to interact with the Beautyworld Middle East visitors!

3.2 Pop-Up banners Pop-Up Banners can be positioned in prominent areas

3.3 Directional Carpet Stickers These highly visible stickers can be placed either on the aisles throughout

the exhibition floor to act as directional signage to your stand (maximum 50cmx50cm).

3.4 Registration Area Branding Create an impression right from the entrance! * Every entrance occupies 2 registration desks, 2 writing desks and 4 columns.

Make sure your branding greets all attendees to the exhibition. Branding the registration area is a highly visible marketing tool as it‘s mandatory for all visitors to register and pass through the registration desk to enter the exhibition halls.

The cost is per desk, not registration area. Sponsors must supply artwork 2 months before the event. Beautyworld Middle East will be responsible for the production.
