AirTran Airways is adding service to island destinations from BWI Marshall including: a second nonstop flight on Saturdays and Sundays to Montego Bay, Jamaica which began on February 26; a second daily nonstop between BWI and San Juan beginning on April 5 and a daily nonstop to Bermuda operating from April 7.

AirTran is also increasing nonstop flights to the West Coast including: a daily nonstop to Los Angeles beginning on March 10; a second daily nonstop to Los Angeles on May 4; a daily nonstop to Seattle beginning on May 4 with a second daily nonstop added on May 26. A daily nonstop to San Francisco begins on May 26.

AirTran will increase service to Portland, Maine on May 4 and to Grand Rapids, Michigan on May 26.

What’s new at BWi Marshall

American Airlines will increase service from BWI Marshall with a third daily nonstop to Miami on April 5.

Delta Airlines will add a fifth daily flight between BWI Marshall and Minneapolis/ St. Paul on June 1.

United Airlines will operate a second daily nonstop flight to San Francisco beginning on July 1.

Southwest Airlines will add daily nonstop service

from BWI Marshall to two new markets, Charleston, South Carolina and Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina on March 13. Three daily nonstop flights will operate between BWI Marshall and Charleston and two daily nonstops will operate to Greenville/Spartanburg.

HOURLy GARAGE* The Hourly Garage is located in front of the Terminal, with easy entrance and exit onto I-195. This garage is ideal for short weekday business trips and has over 4,400 covered spaces to keep your car out of the elements. Our Smart Park technology will guide you to an empty space. Rates are $2 per half hour for the first hour then $4 per hour or any part of to a daily maximum of $22.

dAiLy GARAGE* BWI Marshall’s Daily Garage has more than 8,000 spaces, over 7,400 undercover. The rate is $12 per 24 hours. Shuttle bus

service operates every 6 minutes during peak times from the garage to the Terminal.

ExPRESS PARkiNGExpress Parking provides customers at BWI Marshall with a personalized, efficient parking experience. Motorists who park at an Express space are picked-up by a shuttle directly at that space. Upon returning to the Express lot, the shuttles deliver customers and luggage directly to their vehicle. The 1,300-space Express lot is located at Terminal Road and Aviation Blvd/MD-170, directly across from the BWI Marshall Daily Garage. The Express Parking rate is $10 per 24 hours.

LONG-tERM PARkiNGLong-term parking lots are served by closely scheduled shuttle buses to assure that you make your flight comfortably and quickly. Sheltered passenger bus stops make this parking service convenient even during inclement weather and the economical rates make these lots the vacationers’ choice. Rates are $1 per hour up to a maximum of $8 per day.

CELL PHONE LOt Motorists can avoid circling BWI Marshall Airport roadways by using the BWI Marshall Cell Phone Lot, arrivals waiting area. Located

at Aviation Boulevard and Terminal Road across from the Daily Garage, the BWI Marshall Cell Phone Lot is a short-term wait area for motor-ists meeting flights that have not yet arrived. With 50 parking spaces available, this area allows motorists to wait with their vehicles until making cell phone contact with arriving parties and then proceed-ing to the Airport terminal.

BWI Marshall is served by a comprehensive assortment of parking lots designed to meet the needs of every Airport user—stays of less than an hour in close-in premium spaces, to parking for more than a week on economical long-term lots. All of BWI Marshall’s parking lots are patrolled by uniformed security police and regularly scheduled shuttles assure swift and comfortable movement of passengers and baggage to and from the Terminal. For your convenience, all parking lots accept most major credit cards. Please allow extra time to park in case your choice for parking is unavailable.

ANNE ARUNdEL COUNty/ANNAPOLiSSuperShuttle® van service offers the convenience of door-to-door service from BWI Marshall to most areas in Anne Arundel County, including Annapolis. Fares from $30 for the first person and $12 for each additional passenger. From any address in this County, fares range from $16 to $58 each way.

BALtiMORE COUNty ANd BALtiMORE CityLight Rail service is available to downtown Baltimore and Hunt Valley from BWI Marshall. The service operates Monday through Saturday, 5:13am to 12:45am and Sunday and holi-days from 10:43am to 8:43pm. For more information and schedules call 410-539-5000 or log onto mtamaryland.com.

SuperShuttle® door-to-door service is available to and from homes, offices or hotels located in Baltimore County and Baltimore City. Service from BWI Marshall departs within 30 minutes or less of your request. Reservations are required when

traveling to Airport; from Airport, go to ticket counter for service. Fares for County range from $18 to $58 each way; fare for City from $22 each way; each additional passenger is $12. SuperShuttle also offers scheduled service to and from downtown Baltimore hotels at half hour intervals from 5:45am to 6pm. Fare is $14 one way; round trip is $22. Reservations from your hotel to BWI Marshall must be made at least two hours in advance.

MARC and Amtrak trains offer frequent service to the BWI Marshall Rail Station, where free shuttles serve the Airport terminal. You can board MARC and Amtrak trains at Baltimore’s Penn Station.

HOwARd COUNtyThe Airport Shuttle offers reliable door-to-door service to Columbia and other parts of Howard County. Call 410-381-2772 for reservations and scheduled departures.

Howard Transit provides fixed route bus service to Columbia, Ellicott City and Clarksville from BWI Marshall Airport. Service is available seven days per week. Base fare is $1.50 each way, special fares available for students, seniors, children and individuals with disabilities. For schedule and route information call 1-800-270-9553.

MONtGOMERy COUNty(including Bethesda, Silver Spring, Rockville and Gaithersburg)

ICC Bus Route 201 operates between the Gaithersburg Park and Ride lot located at I-270 and MD 124 in Montgomery County and BWI Marshall Airport. The buses operate daily with hourly service between 4:00am and 5:00pm. The 201 makes stops at Shady Grove Metro, Norbeck Park and Ride and Burtonsville Park and Ride. BWI Express B30 service runs every 40 minutes, daily to the Green line, Greenbelt Metro Station with connections to all Metro stops. The first bus departs

Greenbelt at 6:10am (weekdays), 8:45am (weekends and holidays); the last bus departs at 10pm. The first bus departs BWI Marshall at 6:58am (weekdays), 9:38am (week-ends and holidays). BWI Marshall Airport’s spacious, rental car facil-ity provides one-stop rental car shopping for our customers. The facility is located at 7426 New Ridge Road, Hanover, Maryland near Stoney Run Road, with free shuttle service to and from the Airport. Passengers arriving on flights should look for the shuttle on the lower level outside baggage claims one and eleven. When returning a vehicle, look for highway directional signs to the facility. A shuttle will then whisk you on a ten-minute ride to the Terminal.
