Buzzient Enterprise generates the index by analyzing and rating each individual post about your keyword. The analysis uses natural language processing, a set of positive/negative terms that are specific to your system and a proprietary Buzzient sentiment algorithm. The index ranges from +150 (extremely positive opinion) to -150 (extremely negative opinion). A value of 0 expresses neutral sentiment. Positive values of 25 or above are typically very good. Celcom's Sentiment Index of 1.39 indicates a mildly positive attitude towards Celcom. The current sentiment index reflects how social media feels about your keyword at this time. Use this in conjunction with Sentiment Trends (in a later section) to determine if opinion is rising, falling or remaining consistent.
