Shelves for every needWith the different shelves and brackets you have the flexibility to create your own personal solution that fits any space. From small to big, in odd spaces, on narrow walls or over furniture. The shelves are suitable for all rooms in the home, except for wet rooms, so feel free to be creative.

BUYING GUIDE

SAFETYDifferent wall materials require different types of fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for the walls in your home, sold separately. If you are uncertain about what type of fixing devices to use, please contact your local hardware store.

GOOD TO KNOWThe shelves holds 10 kg when supported by two brackets and 20 kg when supported by three. We recommend that you use three brackets with the 120 cm long shelf when possible. This is to prevent the risk of the shelf slanting. Spread the weight evenly on the shelf.

WALL ANCHORING GUIDE

• It’s the fixing devices to the brackets that determine how steady and stable your wall shelf will be.

• Different wall materials require different types of fixing devices – that’s why we don’t include them with our brackets. Instead, it’s important that you choose fixing devices that are suitable for your wall.

• Be aware that different wall materials are able to support different loads of weight. For instance, wall made of plaster cannot support as much weight as walls made of wood, concrete or brick.

• If you don’t find what you need in the FIXA range, we recom-mend you contact your local hardware store.

• Never let children climb or hang on the shelf.

Wall Material: Drywall or plaster with available wood stud.

Anchoring device: Screw inserted directly into stud. for example, a 5 mm screw provided with IKEA FIXA plug and screw set.

Anchoring device: Plug with screw. For example, an 8 mm plug provided with IKEA FIXA plug and screw set.
