Butterfly Life Cycle Flip Book Students will make a flipbook showing the 4 stages in the life cycle of a butterfly.

How to Make:
• Print the flip book page and decide which butterfly life cycle pictures you will use (page 3 or 4).
• Give each student a flipbook and fold it in half long ways on the solid line.
• Then, have your students lift the flap and cut on the dotted lines.
o Make sure they are only cutting on the flap with the dotted lines and not both.
• Each stage should now be able to flip open.
• Last, give your students a set of the butterfly life cycle pictures. Have them cut and glue each picture under the
correct stage.
o If you choose the pictures from page 4, have them write the correct stage name before gluing.
