We will now walk you through the features and

benefits available to you through Butterfield’s

Online Brokerage.

The Accounts tab 1 enables you to view

details about your account. As you click

through the sub-tabs 2 you can obtain

information relating to your account balances,

holdings, history, projected cash and asset

allocation.

The Summary tab 3 provides a high level

overview of your portfolio, clearly displaying

market valuation by account 4 and an asset

allocation pie chart 5 , the five most recent

orders 6 and trade executions 7 and the 10

largest holdings 8 by market value.

The Holdings sub-tab 1 enables you to access

details on the holdings within any of your accounts.

Such as intra-day data by security type 2 , and

realized 3 and un-realized 4 gains and losses.

From this page you can also launch into a buy or

sell of any of your existing positions.

On the History sub-tab 1 you can review up to

two years of account transaction history 2 for your

accounts. You can search by transaction type 3

and stock symbol 4 , and specify a time period 5

or specific date range 6 to narrow your search.

You have access to Projected Cash Flow 7

information for all of your accounts, of both equity

and fixed income positions 8 .

On the Statements and Reports sub-tab 1 you

can view up to 10 years of account statements 2

and three years of trade confirmations 3 . Other

notifications are also available from this location.

The Tax Statement tab 4 provides an informational

summary of your account for the year. It is not

provided to any tax authority.

By visiting the Account Profile pages 1 you can

nickname 2 your accounts for easy identification

on all pages of the site as well as set up groups of

accounts 3 for viewing consolidated information

on several pages including the asset allocation and

holdings pages. You can also manage your account

details 4 such as security questions, passwords

and e-mail addresses.

As you may have noticed, for nearly all the pages

on the website you have access to a right side tool

panel with features such as a quick quote tool 5

and information on various market indices 6 .

By clicking on the Trading tab 1 , you will have the

ability to place trades for stocks 2 , options 3 ,

and view your order status 4 . You will also be able

to view the funds you have available to trade on the

order ticket 5 , and the estimated transaction value

on the order review page 6 .

Within the Markets tab 1 you can stay informed

using the Market Highlights 2 page. Get current

information on major US market indices 3 ,

including advancers and decliners 4 .

The Winners and Losers 1 sub-tab displays most

activities 2 , percentage winners 3 , percentage

losers 4 , dollar winners 5 and dollar losers 6

by exchange.

Other sub-tabs within the Markets tab include top

news 7 , which provides news stories by topic, such

as energy 8 , health care 9 and technology 10 .

The Rateboard 1 provides easy access to interest

rates 2 , stock indices 3 , commodities 4 and

currency rates 5 .

The Quotes and News tab 1 enables you to enter

stock, mutual fund or option symbols 2 ,

and obtain the latest news headlines 3 for each

security, as well as detailed information, including

last bid 4 , ask 5 and volume numbers 6 . You

can also view charts 7 for each security, which

display intra-day quotes 8 for up to 10 years

performance history.

You will have access to Standand and Poor’s

Snapshot Reports 9 and SEC filings 10 for the

company you are researching, and you can put

your research to work by creating watchlists 11 of

securities to track quotes and performance.

In addition to providing links to the Standard

and Poor’s Learning Center 12 , the Research

tab 13 provides additional research

information provided by a number of different

research sources.
