Decorators. Interior Designers. Same thing.
Fact:
Interior Designers are trained professionals, who are required to “protect and enhance the health, life safety and welfare of the public.”
• Education and continuing education• Required to know and follow building codes• Licensed or in process of being licensed• Prepare construction documents, specifications and schedules, lighting plans etc.• Work with other licensed professionals: audiovisual, lighting, engineers, architects, landscape architects.
