focus and month by month new

projects are coming on line

primarily for QZS, PSS and Dream

Development.

Our strategy is

underpinned with our focus on

”Investors In People”. We are very

pleased to announce the

opening of our Training School in

Juffair to provide pre-contract

trainings for our Cleaners and

Security Guards. This Training

Centre will enable us to prepare

our staff and better equip them

for the duties once they are

mobilised to their places of duty.

Further still as our

Companies grow, the need for

more accommodation for our

staff is vital. Significant

investments for Female

accommodation in Salmabad

and Male accommodation in

Sitra has been made and staff

are overjoyed with the quality

provided in these spacious, well

laid out accommodations which

will enhance the quality of their

lives.

A special ’Well Done’

goes out to Ansar Gondal on

being promoted to Senior

Operational Manager for QZS

and to all the staff at Enma Mall

for successfully mobilising this

prestigeous contract which the

client has expressed his great

BUSINESS UPDATES

’QZS Cleaning Operation Started at Enma Mall’

Another milestone was

achieved by QZS Team as the

mobilisation activities has been

finished with an excellent results

which contribute a big part in the

successful opening of Enma Mall in

15 August.

As the 3-Year Cleaning

Services Contract starts, QZS is fully

prepared and equipped to do the

challenging task and ensure their

new client will get a superb quality

services.

A new and unique design

uniforms was provided to all

operatives and staff.

QZS Supplied Porters to KHUH

It is a great success for our

Cleaning Division which once again

proves its capability to fulfill our

customers requirements by supplying

additional 15 Porter operatives to

King Hamad University Hospital.

Among of them are 8 Males and 7

Females which is expected to be

fully manned by mid October 2012.

Dream Group Training

Centre

A State of the Art Training

Centre for QZS and PSS located in

Juffair was opened in August.

This will enable all staff to

be trained to the standards that

our companies operate too prior

to starting their roles in their

specific contracts.

The Training Centre will be

the envy of our competitors and

deliver the quality we will need to

maintain our position as Market

Leaders in these two service fields

of operation.

Dream Development

Dream Development

continues its growth in Q3 with

multiple tenders in process.

Currently, the mobilization

activities has started for the 2 new

projects including the 7-Storey

Building in Juffair and 4-Storey staff

accommodation in Sitra. The

structural design works and building

permits are almost ready.

As for the Hamala Villa’s, work is progressing as per the revised

completion schedule on December 2012. Almost 90% of the villa works

reached up to the finishing stages.
