has acquired solid experience in

planning and feasibility studies, PMO
establishment and operation and
economic advisory.
Vivek has assisted real estate
organizations in formulating their
strategic and operational policies,
development of business processes and
in executing projects on operational
efficiency enhancement. He has also
been involved in various other core roles
and responsibilities, such as reviewing
and improving an organization’s policies
and procedures, managing business
process design for core and support
functions and assisting in the creation of
a Process Governance framework for a
whole organization.

Gopal is a Principal Consultant within
KPMG UAE’s Consulting practice with
over 10 years of experience, and
specializes in business process
management, process re-engineering,
developing policies and procedures as
well as process optimization. He has
worked extensively with several clients
across various sectors in the UAE, Oman
and KSA. Some of his relevant
engagements involved developing and re-
engineering business processes for
leading companies in the UAE including
developing a Process Governance
framework for a whole organization,
developing an Integrated Asset
Management System (organization,
process and technology design) and an
Asset Management Improvement
Strategy for a leading waste water
authority in Oman, designing optimized
management processes, policies and
procedures for key departments of a
Federal Government Authority in UAE,
and assisting in the implementation of
newly designed processes.
Gopal was also the Business Process

the establishment of a BPM system for a
leading global Oil and Gas company in the
UAE.
