Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyse the current operations and deliver business impact by improving business processes, solving problems, and driving change within the organization.Work with upper management on formulating structure and SOP’s for the growing organization.Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process.Create and analyse business strategies and process maps.Identify global best practices applicable for the organisation and drive its implementationAssist in identifying project requirements and provide appropriate documentation for contract and pricing propositions.Work on building a capable and coherent team

Requirements: 5-10 years of experience preferable in managing projects and business operations.Excellent writing and reporting skills in order to transform the conversations and the current working procedures into a documented business process.Experience in business development, change management and business process improvement.Experience in managing large teams.Be highly organised, motivated and must have ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communicator, confident making presentations with a high level of written and verbal communication skills.

Corporate Social ResponsibilityHeads and Tails Society, a 5 year old NGO, that works for animal welfare at street level.
