About Us

Christine’s Professional Cleaning Services is an REO and HUD property preservation company with integrity. We value the trust put in us by our clients. We service banks, and local and national field service companies, as well as Realtors, Brokers and rental investors.

We offer all services in respect to property preservation and asset management in-house, as well as outsourcing for specialized contractor repairs/replacements (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

We strive to exceed the needs of our clients, not only in the quality and timeliness of the services we offer, but also in our pricing, and our interactions with our clients. We are passionate about what we do, and how we do it. We conform to the ever-changing needs and requirements of our industry, whether that be technologically or systematically. We implement new strategies and systems on a routine basis to stay ahead of the competition, and in line with the industry.

Experience

We have 7 years experience in the construction industry, 3 years experience in Real Estate and 2 years as a Property Preservation Company. We have performed, indirectly, for Bank of America,

Wells Fargo, IndyMac, Washington Mutual, Wachovia and Aurora Loan Servicing, as well as

many others. We currently service Desert Schools FCU as a direct vendor, as well as Leading Edge

Companies, Single Source Property, REO Allegiance, and now Southwest Field Services, Real Estate Broker Paul Whittle with American Allstars,

and Field Inspection Specialists.
