For each company, a document is drawn up in institutional format with two, four, six or more pages in two-languages

The contents is related to the activity of each company and is designed according to instructions from the communication departments and appointed personnel.

The subject matter will be treated with the utmost rigour by our technical teams staffed by journalists from the area of corporate communication, in collaboration with the Department of Communication and Marketing.

The content will be edited in customised text boxes, covering the key pointers of performance, procedures and growth, business strategy and business contacts.

Each company reveals their capabilities, conveying an image of confidence to garner new opportunities with investors, operators and stakeholders.

✔ For each participating company, the pages will be designed in accordance with the contract, and comply with the following structure and graphic configuration.

✔ The first page of each company opens in an odd page (right-hand side for the reader), followed by content pages. The page closes the company on an even page on the left-hand side.

✔ For the first page, a design is created in the form of an advertising page, cover with photograph and informative headlines.

✔ A page with editorial content is structured in thematic boxes with graphics, illustrations and photos.

✔ The last page includes boxes with the official data of the company in question, and contacts.

1. The creation of editorial content, gathering and organizing data, design and layout, image processing and graphics creation.

2. Delivery of a Digital PDF of editorial content with user rights for the Internet.

1. For each participating company, a contract is prepared with the conditions agreed and presented.

2. For each company, a technical team is delegated for editorial and technical production.

3. No editorial content and audio will be released without first being validated by the company.

4. All edited content will be delivered and implemented in digital PDF format.

5. The artwork and design, printing and programming, distribution and marketing are the responsibility of IFT PUBLISHER.

6. The graphic printing process, finishing and publication is under the responsibility of Printer Portguesa.

7. Free distribution will be made by express mail teams.

8. All participating companies during the year 2013 will receive information on distribution and communication actions.
