Business Development & Partnership Manager The Company Based in Harrogate, we are a market research company, focusing on customer satisfaction. We serve clients all over the UK, and due to sustained growth, now require a Business Development & Partnership Manager to join our team. The position is primarily office-based with occasional travel and overnight stays. Reporting to: Managing Director What We Offer Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 OTE 40,000 Basic 30,000 22 days holiday per year Contributory Pension Scheme Where the role sits in the team and wider business The Business Development and Partnership Manager aims to grow the business by seeking out new business opportunities and developing relationship with OEMs (Origi- nal Equipment Manufacturer) as well as third parties: DMS companies, CRM system providers, soſtware businesses and Google. The Business Development and Partnership Manager also manage the above partners’ accounts once they are set up, as well as selected Automotive Dealer Groups.

The CompanyBased in Harrogate, we are a market research company, focusing on customer satisfaction. We serve clients all over the UK, and due to sustained growth, now require a Business Development & Partnership Manager to join our team. The position is primarily office-basedwith occasional travel and overnight stays.

Where the role sits in the team and wider businessThe Business Development and Partnership Manager aims to grow the business by seeking out new business opportunities and developing relationship with OEMs (Origi-nal Equipment Manufacturer) as well as third parties: DMS companies, CRM system providers, software businesses and Google.

The Business Development and Partnership Manager also manage the above partners’ accounts once they are set up, as well as selected Automotive Dealer Groups.

Key Areas of Responsibility• Develop and manage contact plan to drive OEM business• Maintain relationship by managing OEMs’ projects/partnerships• Develop the business relationship with DMS/software providers• Manage account / partnership development with DMS providers • Generate leads and business opportunities by developing partnerships with data partners and other industry suppliers• Manage specific dealer group relationships / account management• Manage new business plans, development projects and call for ten ders• Manage new market clients / account management• Manage partnerships with third parties• New Product or Service Launch: assist in building new product or service. Manage new survey cases: survey specifications, script and launch; manage product/service launch plan (sales and marketing) and follow up.• Competitor analysis / Market research (desk based)• Develop relationship with Google• Support development and promotion of JudgeService product range• Support sales and marketing activity• Generate enthusiasm for the JudgeService brand value

Deliverables • Ability to seek out new business opportunities and grow lasting working relationships• Excellent computer (MS Office) and reporting skills• Effective communicator and rapport builder• Confident in meetings • Self-motivated and well organised• Ability to generate appointments• Drive to hit target and KPIs

Required Experience, Education & Training• Experience in business development • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook• GCSE/O-Level Maths and English Grade C or above (not sure of what JS requires for this role?)• Understanding and/or experience of the automotive industry is desira-ble
