inputting new data, the file is downloaded into the unrestricted folder

inputting new data, the file is downloaded into the unrestricted folder

Do not return a file in the unrestricted folder as it will

overwrite the client’s current file and they will lose any new input

themselves from inputting new data, the file is downloaded into

the restricted folder
