BUSINESS CAN BE SUCCESSFUL only when you do your job not just competently, but better than others
“SPECTR” enterprise was established 13 years ago. And, looking back at the passed way, we can say with confidence no matter how difficult and arduous it was, we have passed it properly. We could create the enterprise producing paintwork materials of European standards as we develop continuously, and we use our own original ideas and achievements, based on the experience gained.
Today the company has highly skilled personnel, possessing an extensive experience and knowledge in the field of production of paintwork materials.
Quality management system is certified and complies with Russian GOST requirements in the production of paintwork materials.
Our paintwork materials are as good as the best foreign analogues if their class, and to prove, it we can say our production is of constant demand, and, consequently, the sales and the number of clients increases.
Our clients are not just customers, but full business partners, that relationship is based upon openness, honesty and professionalism with.
We are always open to cooperation.

Silicone and organosilicate materials are widely needed in various industrial areas due to number of specific properties inherent only to this class of materials. These properties allow making metal, concrete, reinforced concrete and other surfaces corrosion resistant as being used in a corrosive medium and high temperature differential. The surfaces coated by these materials become corrosion resistant and are of higher frost-, water-, heat-and-light resistance.
Along with it, silicone and organosilicate materials coverings have a number of advantages before other organic coatings:
• resistance to temperatures between - 60°С up to +750°С, low combustibility; • radiation resistance and decontaminating solutions resistance; • UV radiation resistance; • steam and air permeability, high waterproof properties; • painting and drying in a wide range of temperatures between - 30°С up to +40°С.
According to the results of climatic tests held by JSC NII LKP (Joint-Stock Company Scientific Research Institute ‘‘Paintwork Materials’’) together with OMZ Victoria, a guaranteed lifetime of CERTA heat-resistant enamel coating in terms of industrial environment of moderate and cold climate, is 15 years; the material belongs to low-flammable, inflame-resistant ones. (Letter No. 43/3.1776 of 08.04.08 Federal State Unitary Enterprise of Russia, VNIIPO Ministry of emergencies, and certificate of conformity to TRPB No. S-RU.PB05.V 00918 requirement of 28.06.10).
Organosilicate composition OS-12-03 developed by our experts is recommended to be applied by I. V. Grebenshchikov Institute of Silicate Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg). According to the conclusion of State unitary enterprise "Research institute of constructing in Moscow" (GUP "NIIMosstroy"), predicted lifetime of OS-12-03 organosilicate composition coating is min. 8 to 10 years in the conditions of a moderate cold climate.
According to the conclusion No. 38000-02/1457 of 07.06.08 made by Federal State Unitary Enterprise ISK Rosatomstroy, NIKIMT system based upon organosilicate composition OS-51-03 CERTA is radiation-resistant and can be decontaminated.
According to the results of the tests held by CJSC “CNIIMF” (St. Petersburg), CERTA and EKOCIN heat-resistant enamels are recommended to be applied on sea platforms, oil and chemical terminals.

Sa 2 1/2 At non-magnifying inspection, the surface should be without visible traces of oils, grease, dirt, and almost cleared from rolling oxide scale, rust, paint coats and alien substances. Any remained traces should look as easy coloring in the form of spots and lines.
Sa 2 Careful jet cleaning. At non-magnifying inspection, the surface should be without visible traces of oils, grease, dirt and without poorly withheld* oxide scale, rust, paint coats and alien substances. Any remained pollution should stick strongly.
Sa 1 Easy jet cleaning. At non-magnifying inspection, the surface should be without visible traces of oils, grease, dirt, and without poorly withheld* oxide scale, rust, paint coats and alien substances.
St 3 Very careful manual and mechanical tool cleaning. At non-magnifying inspection, the surface should be without visible traces of oils, grease, dirt and without poorly withheld* oxide scale, rust, paint coats and alien substances. As well as at St 2, except for there should be homogeneous metal surface coating.
St 2 Careful manual and mechanical tool cleaning. At non-magnifying inspection, the surface should be without visible traces of oils, grease, dirt and without poorly withheld* oxide scale, rust, paint coats and alien substances.
St 1 Presence of residues of oxide scale badly linked to the surface, rusts, previous coating. Presence of visible films of oils, grease, dirt. Surface is unusable to coating.
* Mill scale, rust or the paint residues are considered “poorly withheld” if can be removed with a blunt spattle.
/ January 2008 / Conclusion of test laboratory "LKP-Khotkovo-TEST" was received on durability of coatings based on CERTA heat-resistant
Attachment 2 Defects of paintwork materials, their causes and resolution advisory
Type of defect Description Prevention method and resolution advisory
1 2 3
Stains and knobs
Viscosity has lower standard level Apply materials with standard level viscosity
Too thick coating Reduce material expense
Too high coating pressure Reduce pressure upon material
Distance from a spray to painted surface is less than required, the spray is incorrectly focused with regard to painted surface
Hold a spray perpendicular to the painted surfaces at distance of 200-400 mm
The slowed-down moving of a spray regard to surfaces Fasten spray moving Too high temperature of two-component material if available Reduce temperature of paintwork materials
One may remove stains and knobs by cleaning them with a brush not waiting the material to dry up. Polish defective segments after drying and coat again
Orange crust effect
Poor dispersion of particles caused by low pressure on a nozzle exit
Adjust pressure
Low outdoor temperature while painting Stop painting until the necessary temperature is set up
Higher material viscosity Apply materials with standard level viscosity
Solvent is vaporized too fast Apply solvent according to the required standards
Remove coating and paint again

Peeling
Unsatisfactory preparation of a surface Surface should be prepared carefully
Impurity of intermediate layer Surface should be prepared carefully
Incompatibility with underlying coating Use the applied way of coating
Paintwork materials coating on overdried underlying layers Polish the surface. Observe recommended terms of interlayer endurance.
Coating at low temperature and high humidity Stop coating process until admissible weather is set up.
Remove coating and paint again
Dry stream, roughness of surface
Too large distance from a spray to a painted surface Hold a spray at the required distance from a painted surface
Dispersion angel is too large Keep a spray at the required angel
Solvent is vaporized too fast Use less volatile solvent
Wind, aerosol ablation Stop coating process until admissible weather is set up
Too high outdoor temperature
Remove coating and paint again
Film swelling
Material coating with active solvent incompatible with a substrate Change coating system
Coating of insufficiently dried previous layer Increase the term of interlayer endurance
Too high or too low outdoor temperature Stop coating till admissible weather is established
Remove coating and paint again
Craters, porosity
Porosity of a painted surface or previous layer Surface and each layer coating should be prepared carefully
Paint is put at the increased temperature or on a dirty surface Observe technological requirements
Presence of moisture, oils, air vials in coating material or presence of moisture, oils in the dispersion air.
Merge water from the compressor. Check quality of solvent. To ensure that dispersion air and material don’t have moisture and oils
Remove coating and paint again
