Milk is the most nutritious food on the earth, however

it also serves as an excellent medium for growth of 0micro organism. At 25 C temperature, the population

of bacteria can double every half an hour. The best way

to arrest this growth is by not providing conducive

environment to bacteria. The simplest way to do so, is

to cool the milk in the shortest possible time after it

leaves the udder of cattle.

We at 'Ahata', provide various cutting edge solutions

for retaining the natural quality of the milk. We are a

customers in the Dairy Industry. We design and

manufacture Bulk Milk Coolers in "Direct Expansion"

(DX) type in various sizes and models to meet specific

requirements. Our 'Bulk Milk Coolers' are designed as

per ISO standards, manufactured with high quality

stainless steel workmanship, extreme efficiency,

outstanding reliability and state of the art technology.

The range of 'Ahata' Bulk Milk Coolers give top cooling

performance every time. These are manufactured by

using evaporator dimpled plate.

The Cylindrical Vertical, is a compact, robust and a fully

openable lid for easy cleaning. It is a available in both

skid mounted and segregated designs.

The Half Cylindrical Horizontal, has two side half operable covers and a fixed agitator making it easy to use, maintain and carry out manual cleaning. It is available in both skid mounted and segregated designs.

The fully enclosed elliptical horizontal with a lockable top man hole assembly, is equipped with an automatic washing system, It can be installed indoors as well as outdoors.

M a n u f a c t u r e d u s i n g p r o v e n engineering principles, combined with 10 years designing and manufacturing experience, every BMC (DX) tank is constructed from high quality stainless steel (304) resulting in a superior hygienic finish.

Operationally Efficient Agitation

The gentle motion (25 RPM) of the paddle type agitator enables the milk to be blended at all times, while maintaining the levels of the butterfat. It also helps in maintaining the uniform temperature of milk and avoids the ice formation/freezing of milk.

High Load Capacity

Robust and sturdy saddles underpin the tank and add strength and durability whilst the milk is stored.

Efficient Cooling Thermal Plates

At the heart of Bulk Milk Cooler is the efficient "Thermal Plate Technology" p r o v i d i n g o p t i m u m c o o l i n g performance. It allows the milk to be cooled efficiently via direct contact with the plates even at low milk volumes.

Easy to Install

The BMC can be installed even on an uneven ground by adjusting ball feet.

Effective Insulation

50mm polyurethane foam (CFC free) is injected between the inner and outer shells creating high rigidity and good insulation properties thus reducing the running cost and helps in retaining the natural quality of milk.
