Danielle has worked in the property development industry for over 23years and brings with her a diverse career history having worked onclient-side development of large scale, mixed use schemes, as well asalso having worked in civil consulting and construction of commercial,retail, land and high-rise development. 

Graduating as a cadet with Multiplex, Danielle commenced her career as a Civil andConstruction Engineer, shortly after, she joined Macquarie bank to deliver their housing andland portfolio in WA. Later, Danielle spent 5 years in the UK, where her exposure to centralLondon commercial and luxury residential developments provided many valuable learningexperiences, particularly on project positioning, densification and infill development.

Danielle’s unique ability to provide advice on strategic positioning of projects, stakeholdermanagement, obtaining contentious approvals and detailed mixed-use feasibility analysis, hasseen her provided development management expertise to numerous clients, from Tier 1, ASXlisted entities, to small family run organisations.

Prior to establishing Davison Advisory, Danielle was General Manager of Built Form for the ABNGroup, responsible for the acquisition, development, marketing and sales of multipleapartment sites. Prior to the ABN Group, Danielle was responsible for the delivery of themarina, land development, and the sale and development of numerous retail and apartmentsites of the internationally recognised Port Coogee Marina Development for Frasers Property.

In addition to the delivery of numerous challenging sites, Danielle’s skill set includes theacquisition and financial modelling of new sites. Through involvement in several high profile,multifaceted projects, each with many stakeholders, Danielle also brings with her a solid andextensive understanding of complex contractual structures and development agreements.

A dynamic & engaging presenter, Danielle will share case studies, local experiences andpractical advice to support the theory, concepts & academic content, ensuring courseattendees receive the best possible learning experience.
