Don’t start with the resume !!


Accomplishments tell a story

• Situation• Opportunity• Actions taken• Results achieved


Examples of Accomplishments• Successfully t rained t r i-state t eam of over 800 managers, sales

reps, t echnicians, and support staff on key company programs which result ed in improving service levels by 10%, improved operat ions processes, and increased customer sat isfact ion.

• Completed special assignments on inventory phase-outs, unallocated materials, and obsolete inventory result ing in savings to t he company of $1,500,000.

• Managed const ruct ion of a $2,600,000 cent ral cont rol room (CCR) for an NGL fract ionat ion facilit y. Oversaw a subcont ractor in t he design and const ruct ion of t he building. Also worked with t he client t o coordinate all of t he elect r ical and cont rol systems needed to run the facilit y from the CCR. The project was completed on t ime, despit e signif icant delays created by many days of heavy rains.

If you need to include a cover letter, make sure to:
