This coaching program has been designed to help you find or reconnect with a sense of meaning and purpose in all aspect of life. The training also provides personal resilience by teaching a set of skills for overcoming psychological obstacles to the effective pursuit of personally valued actions and goals. Overview

This coaching program has been designed to help you find or reconnect with a sense of meaning and purpose in all aspect of life. The training also provides personal resilience by teaching a set of skills for overcoming psychological obstacles to the effective pursuit of personally valued actions and goals.

The training is a combination of mindfulness and values-based action skills which you can apply in each and every area of your lives (work/career, leisure time, relationships, personal growth, and health).

It is providing you psychological skills which have been proven beneficial if practiced regularly by scientific research.

What will you gain• Task focus.  High performance is achieved only when you mind is not 

wandering. By learning not to be distracted by internal or external factors, we increase awareness of the present moment. We increase our productivity by living life in present moment.

• Goal clarity & intrinsic motivation.  By learning why the goal matters to you will have better chances of achieving the goal. By finding out your intrinsic motivation to do a task or project will lead to better output and less struggle.

The OutlineSession 1: Your Heart’s deepest desiresIn this session we will go through some experiential exercises to identify what really matters to you? Your heart’s deepest desires for the sort of person you want to be and the things you want to do in your time on this planet; in other words, what you want to stand for in life.Session 2: Managing ThoughtsIn this session we will learn, how we can observe our thoughts and see them for what they are – just products of our busy minds. Reduce influence of unhelpful thoughts on our behaviour and actions.Session 3: Drop the StruggleIn this session we learn to adopt curious attitude to unhelpful thoughts, emotions, memories and urges. We learn to move in our chosen direction despite having unpleasant or unwanted internal experiences.Session 4: The MatrixIn this session we learn a tool called “The Matrix” which will help you notice your Emotions, Feelings, Behaviour and Actions in very simple way. Once learned you can incorporate this tool in every moment of your life.Session 5: Let’s Do ItIn this session we will go through defining some actions which are aligned to what really matters to you. We will also identify the obstacles beforehand so you can plan how to handle them in real life.Bonus SessionWe put all the learning together, in this session. Answer any questions or queries; provide you more tools and resources to make your life more fulfilling.As additional bonus, I’ll also provide you some techniques to increase your happiness. They consume very less time of yours but increase your happiness significantly.As you are so special, we’ll also show you a sure fire technique to manage your time well, these time management technique has helped millions of people world-wide to do better Time Management.

Mindfulness(part of every session)

Mindfulness is the intentional, accepting and non-judgemental focus of one's attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment. In simple words, we learn to pay attention to our mental chatter and take a moment to think before taking any action. Here are some technical definitions: • “Bringing one’s complete attention to the present experience on a moment-

to-moment basis.” (Marlatt & Kristeller)• “Paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, 

and nonjudgmentally” (Kabat-Zinn).• “The nonjudgmental observation of the ongoing stream of internal and 

external stimuli as they arise.” (Baer)• “Awareness of present experience with acceptance.” (Germer, Segal, Fulton)
