THE COMPANYEstablished in 2013, Building Certification Group was founded on the success of the former Brisbane Certification Group, a company in operation since the inception of private certification. An increase in service provision and coverage and relocation from Newstead to East Brisbane necessitated the rebranding of the company with the new BCG continuing to be one of the largest and most qualified private building certification companies in Queensland.

DOMESTIC (CLASS 1 & 10)Our building certifiers possess the necessary skills and tools to process the certification of simple or complex, exclusive or repetitive new home designs including project home designs, townhouse developments and small scale renovations and additions. Local council planning schemes contain an abundance of limitations and allowances for small scale Class 1 & 10 buildings, requiring a sound knowledge of how to navigate the planning schemes whilst at the same time satisfying the Building Code of Australia.
