The air you are breathing is triple scrubbed through an exchange air ventilation system and completely replaced every 55 minutes; thus reducing absenteeism and increasing productivity. Green building materials are used wherever possible and the building is 100% wind energy powered. We are proud to call The Tower Building a LEED Gold building. This is the new definition of a Class A office building.

• Double wall construction for air conditioning units providing cleanable interior surfaces and superior acoustics and moisture removal features that minimize microbial growth

• Ventilation systems: Exceed the ASHRAE 62 standard by more than 25% and exchange air in the building every 55 minutes
