Eligibility application process

At the heart of the process is the successful submission and acceptance of the eligibility application.

Upon receipt of the application, Willis Towers Watson will conduct a preliminary financial assessment, and will identify any areas to you which may raise concerns with the insurer. At this point, we will recommend any changes necessary to the application, and agree any changes with you prior to submitting the application to the insurer.

Working together in this way, we address and remove potential roadblocks and ensure the application is presented to the insurer in the most favourable terms.
