That’s it. That is the conclusion.

After years of study, research, and professional practice, there can be no doubts: it's because of complexity.

One of the biggest barriers for corporate innovation is the

complexity of innovative ideas.Because of this, I developed a tool

to help people get started with innovation in a less painful way.

The tool evolved toward a methodology.

I want to prove it useful and relevant so that many more can

benefit from it. Cesar Malacon © 2015. The Hi-Board, a tool of the Bright Path Innovation

• Bring general clarity to the project’s DNA with visual aids.

• Understand the “business must-haves” - key to the success of any innovative project.

• Find out -sincerely- where does your organization stand on its way to success.

• This will allow you to select the ideas that better align with your strategy and make better resource allocation decisions, and therefore

• decrease the risk of your innovation portfolio and increase organizational morale. Also,

• Significantly reduce time spent around innovation projects and get less human churn in the process. Increase your odds to be more profitable.

• Finally, the Hi-board is your guide to analyze your projects, and your script to pitch them to the final decision makers at the same time.

Benefits

Page 13: Build The Tool You Need

What is the deal?

I’m in the search of valuable feedback from morepractitioners. The Hi-Board is already practical. However, the more opinions I get from the field, the better it can get.

If you have to run a project that requires allocation of resources such as time, employees, money, and some risk tolerance, you should give it a try.

• We will try to fit the previous formula to one or two calls, and concentrate on

1. Understanding the situation - understanding the Hi-Board

2. Delimiting the action plan, agreeing what to do - I will contribute with recommendations for you to organise a meeting with your team

3. Reviewing the outcomes of the meeting

4. Amend and hone

What is the deal?

As I’m looking for feedback and commentary from executives, I’m giving away my research, experience and time.

In exchange I expect:

• Your commitment to the project you will run using the Hi-Board and

• Your professional feedback after the completion of our test-drive in written format.

• Also, a face to face conversation so I can capture all your experience with the tool.

How much is it

For the one day workshop, the only contribution I would require from you is the cost of travel expenses*

*Airplane fares, one or two nights hotel and meals for one person

SummaryThe invitation

What is your Benefit

What is your Cost

I want to polish an already powerful and useful tool for innovators so it can change the way innovation happens. I am looking for test drivers so we can improve it until the last point and help more executives the best way possible.

The Hi-Board is highly praised by a wide community of practitioners. You can get all benefits for free and contribute to its further development with your input. Nothing to lose, a lot to gain.

Your commitment. Your contribution is feedback and commentary.Your honesty (you might realize the project is a bad idea, or that your organization is

not ready to undertake it). In the case of workshops, my travel expenses.
