If pollution continues, the day is not far when our earth will be a boiling pan and become a desert. Or it will be covered with sea water causing destruction of mankind. However, the main culprit is none other than the human. Comprehending that issue, AKTF’s coffee shop perform a long-term campaign name "The 3Rs(Rethink- Reduce- Recycle). Our objective is to reduce garbage and help our customers aware the importance of recycling in everyday life. Reduce In an attempt to reduce our customers' waste, REDUCE is a plan that aimed at customer psychology. - Save a Cup: the plan encourages our customers to bring their water bottles instead of using our cups A 10% discount on the customer's bill each time they bring their own reusable cups. This method reduces the amount of cups are used, thereby minimizing wastes into the environment. - I am committed: Every customer becomes membership of "I am committedwill get a discount of 5% on total bill. However a prerequisite to participate in "I am committed” that is they have to sign by pressing one’s finger-print on the written commitment with the promise of environmental protection. Recycle To minimize the consequences of our mugs for the environment, REDUCE just is temporary measure, and permanent solution which we chose is RECYCLE. We will use recyclable and biodegradable cups replace plastic cups. Rethink All solutions are futile if human perception unchanged. On each of our cups will print the cartoon image the effects of environmental pollution. Moreover, we will hold a Reuse plastic cups contest. These things will make environmental awareness gradually absorbed into the customers mind.

Environmental pollution is the biggest menace to the human race on this planet today. If pollution

That's our plan, we hope to attract other take-away coffee shops that involved in the campaign to

help protect the environment.

Communication Channels: For customers know our plan, we will update the information on facebook, websites. In addition,

we will write PR articles on the newspapers for young people.
