Built 8 emergency local loaner laptops and designed the checkout process. Before I worked this

contract, no loaner laptops existed, and if an end user had a critical failure, the only solution was to wait

for a complete rebuild with no ability to work otherwise. Determined number of loaners to build with a 1 PC per 100 supported end users formula.

This is a typical KB for a Parent Issue incident in Service Now. Address an update for a reactionary

known issue fix as it occurs, but allows for preventative fix when working on other inciden ts for an end

user if given the time. It contains the linked software path to the 5 updates necessary and allows for as many variables that existed at KB time of creation.
