The Noble Eightfold Path describes a way of escaping the suffering expressed by the first 3 Noble Truths.

It’s a practical set of instructions about how to deal with Tanha. They are supposed to cover all problems and possibilities in life.

Extreme ModerationThe basic idea of the Eightfold Path is to avoid extremes. It’s called ‘the middle way’ and means you should avoid having too much or too little of anything – instead you should have everything in moderation.

Too Little Too MuchJust Right

Take money for example. Too little makes life very hard, but too much brings problems. Maybe you spend all your time worrying about your money, or you might not know if you’re friends really like you for you.
