How can we make virtual become real’s best friend?

Digitalisation, the single biggestopportunity for our events!

How to make the right choices in the technology jun-gle? What will events in 2030 look like? How can digitalisation transform events? What are the right technologies for the right events? Is digital experience the ultimate solution? These are probably some of the questions you ask yourself everyday.

How to become your company CEO(Chief Event Officer)?

An event is a complex game made up a succession of unexpected situations.

Are you sure your definition of leadership is accurate? What makes a successful leader? How leadership skills can contribute to better manage multi-cultural teams, manage events, deal with stakeholders and convince your organisation´s senior leaders.

The sessions

In this session you will discover what leadership really is and how it can be of great help to better plan organize and lead events, your team and posi-tion and (why not?) become the Chief Event Officer in your company.

In this session you will discover the new technolo-gies available today and what will come in the near future. We will also see how they will influence events. You will also learn how to effectively integrate tech-nology at every step of your events to boost the Brand experience and the success of your events.

INNOVATION / TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP

Event performance has to stick to company objectives but mind the gap with your participants´ expectations.

Matching company and participant objectives: the ultimate key to success?

Who has never faced an event with participants falling asleep, checking their phones, smoking or taking long breaks? How do we make sure participants at an event are really committed? What are the main elements to boost the goals of a meeting?

Delivering events with great business impact is a result of a clear definition of objectives, effective event man-agement, performing data collection and participant engagement that can be better achieved with good communication, leadership, clever usage of technol-ogy. How can you ensure you determine the right KPIs to justify the effectiveness of your events with rational arguments and figures in front of your management?

In this session you will discover how to justify each coin you spend and prove that your event has generated immediate or long term value using the right set of KPIs including of course financial impact but also big data, close loop marketing and other “Return on” indicators.

The best event is where the attendee is at the heart of the action as a co-creator, co-llaborator and co-mmunicator.

In this session you will discover how techniques, tools and formats such as gaming, neuro-marketing, digital tools, live feedback can help you spice up your events and unlock participants’ emotions. You will also get a couple of simple tips that can for-ever change your mind set about how you do events!

Opening and getting into participants´ hearts & minds.
