Sun Ray Thin Clients• Found in the Library, cyber cafes,
and many corridors around the campus
• These don’t have any computing power themselves – they simply connect to our central servers.
• Allow access to a web browser, webmail, Windows terminal servers, a Linux desktop and a Unix terminal

Accessing Bath resources from off-campus

• You can use Unidesk from anywhere – using the Microsoft “Remote Desktop Connection”
• You can then map our network drives to Windows and Mac and set-up \\myprint\general.

High Performance Computing (HPC)
• HPC clusters allows researchers to solve large, advanced, complex computational problems which are too big for a single machine to compute.
• P&P users can run a variety of programs on the clusters, working on a range of problems including but not limited to molecular interaction simulations, X-ray crystallography and large-scale statistical analyses.
