BSI Overall • ATLAS Solution Confirmation documentation preparation & approvals in progress

• RedPrairie Philippines Project Schedule ended

• RedPrairie Indonesia testing and training on track

• JDA System Integration testing (SIT) for Malaysia completed.

ATLAS • Approvals for BR030 & BPDs delayed, catch up in good progress. No major impact to overall

timeline as of now

• Philippines market will lead the initiative to get Bureau Of Inland Revenue (BIR) certification,

supported by BSI.

• Supplier & Customer data cleansing in progress and on track

• Drafted ATLAS APAC OCM Road Map for PH, KR, Busan and Indonesia (2016-17)

Key Risks (R) / Issues (I)

• ATLAS: Philippines Statutory Reports requires BIR (Biro of Inland Revenue). Certification effort in progress (R)

• RedPrairie: Dummy SKU solution for Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore are still in discussion phase. Each market has their action items and there are no any concrete solution defined at the moment. CER has not been raised should any customization is needed. (I)

• RedPrairie: Hardware purchase and setup for Indonesia are not ready before the beginning of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) (I)

• JDA: Inaccurate parameter input and data records may lead to the delay of the user acceptance test activities. Proactive discussion between JDA project team and Malaysia & Brunei supply chain planner is required to obtain accurate input (R)

• Hybris: Other key initiatives are impacting Japan hybris implementation. This is being discussed with Japan management team (R)

• Hybris: Alignment of Web Modernization & hybris Order Management scope/deliverables & timeline needs to be further discussed and agreed with

SEA IT team (R)

• Hybris: Facing challenges in freezing the requirements for MSB which can potentially impact the timeline for subsequent phases (R)

Data Management • Supplier & Customer data cleansing in progress and on track

• Updated on the progress status by Regional HR at ASSC for Employee data – name and

department change for Oracle – EBS interface..

• Identified and mapped existing global CV40 document for each Philippines data conversion

element for further review by Deployment and BSI team.

Change Management • Constant updating of Change Impact Register based on deep dive discussions & BPD Review

session

• Drafted ATLAS APAC OCM Road Map for PH, KR, Busan and Indonesia (2016-17)

IT • BR030 review completed. Now preparing the Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for OMS

related changes and DFC integration. (50% task completed).

Tasks Planned – Next Month (June 2016)

• Completion and approval for P2 BR30 document

• Completion of MD50 preparation for P1 and RICE list & BR100 for P2 & P3

• Initiated and scheduled discussion with ATLAS & JDE team in June to confirm item data cleansing and conversion requirement for Philippines.

• Begin Training Needs Assessment

• Begin review process for Philippines test scenarios

• APAC Tech Workshop to be held in Kuala Lumpur late June

• Preparation of design document on OMS related changes & DFC Integrations to be closed by June, 2016.

• Hypercare support phase has ended on 19th May 2016

• Indonesia:

• Configuration and Validation phase has been completed

• System Integration Testing (SIT) is in progress

• Korea:

• Business Requirement finalization is in progress

Data Management • Indonesia:

• Local Item dimension validation activity has completed except for 9 assembly items which may require Indonesia team to manually enter into JDE directly.

• Local item data will be loaded into JDE-QA by 03 June 2016 and Prod the following week.

• Re-labelling activity of new SKU number for all affected Local items has commenced.

Deliverables Status Highlights

Change Management • Philippines:

• All OCM activities has been completed, PH will be used as an example of a RP warehouse in sharing and learning sessions with other markets

• Indonesia:

• Training - Completed SME Training

• Communications - Completed warehouse and affiliate announcement, WIIFM, posters, pre-launch survey

• Change Initiatives - Completed Change Agent Training and Resistor Management Training; mini team building exercise done with all staff

IT • Indonesia:

• IT support during SIT is in progress

• Korea:

• IT requirements finalization is in progress

Tasks Planned – Next Month (June 2016)

• Completion of System Integration Testing activities for Indonesia

• Stock movement from old to new SKU will take place during mid-year Stock Count day on 05 June 2016

• JDE roll out for Indonesia

• Indonesia User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training (EUT) to commence

• Change Pulse 1, End User Training and Best Practice sharing session with Philippines warehouse manager Helen
