Jusqu’à maintenant, la plupart des locataires qui se présentaient au tribunal du logement n’avaient pas d’avocat. Mais grâce à des locataires comme vous et moi qui se sont mobilisés pendant des années, une loi a enfin été votée. Celle-ci garantit l’accès aux services d’un avocat à tous les locataires qui sont éligibles, cela sur la base de leurs revenus. La loi est appliquée progressivement, par codes postaux successifs, sur une période de 5 ans (2017-2022). Vérifiez dès maintenant si vous êtes éligible !
