While the Company remains optimistic that it will report resources and reserves in the future, any discussion inrelation to exploration targets or resource potential is only conceptual in nature. There has been insufficientexploration to define a Mineral Resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the determination ofa Mineral Resource.

The information in this report that relates to Exploration Results, Mineral Resources or Ore Reserves is based oninformation compiled by Nick Burn, who is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (“AIG”). He hassufficient experience relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposits under consideration and to theactivity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 edition of the“Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves”. Mr Burn consents tothe inclusion in this report of the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears.

Mineralisation tends to be strongly structurally controlled and generally located on second order structures positioned just off major north-south striking faults

Valhalla mineralisation occurs within a series of brecciated metasediments and altered basalts

Valhalla mineralisation forms two tabular, vertically dipping zones striking north–south

Uranium–vanadium mineralisation is confined to zones of red-coloured hematite–magnetite–carbonate alteration

• Interpretation of airborne radiometrics/magnetics identified + 20 targets• Helicopter reconnaissance • Identified anomaly over 500m N-S strike• Four peaks over 500ppm U, with

high grade samples up to 0.47% U• Interpreted as Valhalla style mineralisation

• structural control• altered basalts• haematite – carbonate alteration

• Prospective for unconformity and sandstone hosted uranium mineralisation • Potential for vein-related uranium mineralisation • Limited historical exploration

*Uranium mineralisation grades through this report are annotated with a sub-prefix ‘e’ because they have been reported as uranium equivalent grades derived from RS125 spectrometer results and should be regarded as approximations only.

• Jupiter/Juno – clay alteration in N-S trending hydrothermal quartz breccia fault• L48 – redox front within underlying Proterozoic sandstones• Gold anomalism in E80/4311, up to 271 ppb Au

• Located within the emerging Eromanga Basin province, SA

• Sandstone hosted roll front type target

• Sandstone uranium model based on uranium fields in Kazakhstan (estimated total resources of 1.14 million t U3O8) .These deposits occur up to 250 km from the uranium source rocks

• Delays due to Native title and weather
