In 1999 Tsecurity was created with the objective of adding value to the
security sector, with a clear customer-service approach.
Since its formation, the company has garnered an impressive growth path,
reinventing itself at each step and adapting to an ever-changing world.

One of TSecurity’s strategic objectives is the use of the most cutting-edge
technology to boost and develop the company and its products to be
competitive in the sectors and markets in which it competes on a daily basis.
Tsecurity, conscious of the importance of continuous research in the
development of new and better products, leans on both its technical
department and collaborations with several universities and technology centres
for support.
As a result, an RDI system that promotes innovation as a systematic
management tool has been implemented for the company’s growth.

TSecurity uses modern facilities with buildings of over 10,000m2 floor space
occupying over 300,000m2 of land, boasting state-of-the-art machinery that
guarantees the product quality and optimisation, such as laser cutters, folders,
shears and a welding robot for metal production. TSecurity has large painting
facilities with eight painting cabins and a blast chamber with a length of thirty
metres.
TSecurity has long maintained a policy of including new machinery acquisition
in its annual investment plan so as to be at the forefront of the market’s most
demanding production processes.

the following international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PECAL military
regulations and UCA relating to the approval of vehicles.
At TSecurity, our products and services undergo strict quality controls and trials
both internally and through recognised bodies, all the while complying with the
directives and examinations of the vehicle manufacturers. This allows us to
ensure compliance with requirements and guarantee customer satisfaction.

From our head office, Tecnove Security is capable of dealing with any order,
sending the product and offering services to any part of the world.
Our international experience allows us to offer a quick and efficient logistics
service at a fair price, avoiding complicated situations and/or hostile terrains.
Regardless of whether the RORO method is used, an ocean container or air
transport, the client may follow shipping in real-time, being ready for unexpected
events.
Our Exports department will help and guide you with the required import/export
paperwork.

repairs, maintenance and service.
We will provide you with the services for your vehicle, wherever you are located
and in the national language; with the complete assurance and experience in
maintenance held by our technicians, with a personalised service and in keeping
with our delivery times.
Our global services are always at your disposition.
Upon entering each country’s market, we authorise our associated workshops
by a quality certification, personalising the customer’s requests at all times.
PRE-SALE
Tecnove Security guarantees extensive support from the first offer until the
delivery of the vehicle. Tecnove Security offers extensive advice on project
management in order to best execute the requests of the customer.
AFTER-SALE SERVICE
Tecnove Security has personnel dedicated exclusively to the solution and
monitoring of any incident, both national and international, manuals,
replacement parts with urgent delivery, and training to support the guarantee of
our products on a short- and long-term basis. Tecnove Security also offers the
possibility of taking out a vehicle maintenance contract and extending the
guarantee.
TRAINING
For the best use of our products, our qualified personnel will be at your
disposition to widen your resources and knowledge, allowing you to use the
products with utmost efficiency.
DOCUMENTATION
Each vehicle will come with a usage manual, a maintenance manual and a guide
for spare parts. At your disposal for any technical query.
