A real estate developer with special focus on o�ce and hotel properties, he has been responsible for the acquisition, design, governmental approvals and construction of over 1.2 million square feet of commercial properties throughout Florida. Valued at over a quarter billion dollars, the properties were �nanced with various capital structures, including domestic and international equity investment, bank loans and private funds.
His legal background has played a key role in the success of his company, Riviera Point Development Group, which �nanced its latest projects through the federal EB-5 Visas Program, achieving a 100% approval rate from the USCIS for each of them.
Passionate about the role of sports in building community and spurring economic development, he is founder and chairman of Miami Padel Masters, bringing top-ranked international padel stars to Florida in World Padel Tour's �rst major U.S. tournament.
Rodrigo holds the CCIM® designation, a law degree and is the father of three sons aged 20,17 and 11. He is the author of the book “Real Estate Development and EB-5 Visas” published by Amazon and available in Apple’s ibook store, and is also a regular speaker and consultant on the subject. He has spoken for a wide range of audiences in locations including Caracas, Buenos Aires, Quito, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and many others. Frequently quoted on EB-5 trends in media, he has appeared on CNN, Fox News, in the Miami Herald and Sun Sentinel, among others.

Dania is an attorney by training with deep experience in corporate law. She worked in the public sector at the “Comisión Nacional de Valores” in Venezuela (equivalent to the Securities Exchange Commission in the US) and as Référendaire at a Civil Court, assisting judges in researching issues before the court and in writing opinions. Today, she uses her experience and commitment to lead the Public Relations and Philanthropic activities of Riviera Point Development Group.

Jesus has more than 15 years of experience in marketing products and services in various consumer markets. With more than 10 years of construction industry experience, Eduardo oversees each project, from pre-construction through delivery. He graduated as an architect from the “Universidad Simón Bolivar”, Venezuela, and initially practiced his profession in Italy where he designed public spaces which won international competitions. After moving to the U.S., he earned master's degrees in architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology and in Construction from Northwestern University.

Carlos obtained his degree in Venezuela as a mechanical engineer. Ft. of construction. He has participated actively in more than 500 real estate transactions including procurement, purchasing, sales, leasing and property management that reach 250 million dollars. Luis F. Mendez assists the RPDG team in �nance and project management. His professional experience includes an internship at Merrill Lynch and Mario Camacho Foods. Sergio A. Troconis is a bilingual sales executive focused on intensive client service. The U.S. Congress initiated the EB-5 program in 1990 to
encourage foreign investment that creates U.S. jobs. The
program allows a foreign investor and his or her immediate
family to obtain conditional EB-5 visas for U.S. resident status by
investing in a commercial enterprise that generates at least 10
full-time jobs for U.S. workers within two years. The investment is
a minimum of $1 million* or $500,000* for a project which is
located in an area with high unemployment (a designated
“Targeted Employment Area”). Once the investor meets the
criteria, the EB-5 Visa becomes permanent.

our �rst project �nanced through the EB-5 Visas. It is an o�ce
complex of approximately 73,000 square feet comprehensive of two
buildings of 4 stories each. Through this project, 34 foreign families
obtained their resident status in the United States. It was delivered
with high standards of construction and its design has served as a
business platform and incubator for small businesses in the area.

regional center approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Present vacancy rates are in line with the requirements of tenants set by USCIS. The area is now designated as
The Employment Assigned area. Investment is based on a lending model limited to 19 quali�ed investors.

We are engaged in developing an upscale select service hotel with
155 rooms, which will operate under the Radisson network’s
"Radisson Red" brand. It shall be located in the Lake Palmer area at
3450 NW 25th St., Miami, FL 33142, next to the Miami International
Airport and the Miami Intermodal Center.
Groundbreaking for this project, the �rst Radisson Red to be
built in Florida, is scheduled for the �rst quarter of 2017.

Located on the southwest corner of I-4 and Lake Mary Blvd,
Seminole County, Florida. The campus is comprised of 132,000 Sq. Ft. of
o�ce space. Rodrigo Azpúrua oversaw development of this project
before forming Riviera Point Development Group.
His responsibilities included: Progress report, control of works and
changes, emergency planning and security response to
hurricanes, construction loan administration and the
administration of all contracts for works, programming work
activities, track changes, closing the book, check guarantee
and acceptance testing, support and legal expertise.

Located at Congress Ave. and I-95, Boca Raton, Florida. Before forming Riviera Point Development Group, Rodrigo Azpurúa directed development
of this 156,000 Sq. Ft. o�ce park, which was delivered on time and on budget. He was responsible for obtaining all approvals, including
rezoning (notice of proposed change), gaining approval by the Development Review Committee, and in all construction permits,
tender, and coordination of scope changes. Procurement of all services and materials. Collection and administration of the
