After conference cocktails or dinner, networking, client appreciation, VIP events, or the social affair of the season – Matteo’s will make each event exceptional. Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano, inspired by The Factory Kitchen in the Los Angeles arts district, is now open at The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas. Restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi interjects a new story into the Las Vegas dining scene, based on memories of his childhood spent in Italy with friend (and restaurant partner) Chef Angelo Auriana.

A dynamic seasonally-inspired menu features selections prepared using fresh and locally-sourced ingredients, highlighting the simplicity of traditional Northern Italian cooking with recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

In the kitchen, Chef Auriana prepares dishes using fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients. The approachable menu at Matteo’s highlights the simplicity of traditional local recipes.

The restaurant features quality leather and fabric seating, communal tables, an open floor plan. The furniture may be removed and/or configured to house portableequipment and to accommodate various forms of entertainment for receptions and buyouts.
